THE BLACK STUDENT UNION: POLITICAL ACTIVISM

In its tenure at Middlebury, the Black Student Union became an extremely active and influential political force on campus. Whether it was raising money to end the killings of African-American children in Atlanta, or taking a public stand against South Africa's racist regime, the BSU worked hard to voice their opinions and act on their ideals. It is through many of their political efforts that the Black Student Union became a prominent organization on campus.
